Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services, including skincare, herbal products, business services, digital products, or courses.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items once they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, or if you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flawlessnbrwnthebrand@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We are happy to review the situation and work toward a resolution when applicable.
